The Butterfly Effect of getting punk'd by Ashton Kutcher

This week on The Pod Charles Cinecast, presented by The Prince Charles Cinema, our hosts Jonathan Foster and Fil Freitas travel back in time using old show notes to try and figure out when did the whole show go wrong and if they can possibly fix it. Just as it seemed like they might have a lead, Jonathan decided to stick in a copy of THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT and things really got weird...

It's Week 2 of the 2 THOUGHTS 2 DEEP mini-arc – and if you thought Donnie Darko was a mess of a time traveling sci-fi thriller, Final Destination 2 writers Eric Bress and J. Mackye Gruber ask you to hold their beer with this 2004 gem starring MTV Punk'd's Ashton Kutcher, Amy "Not" Smart (for doing this movie), Elden "Bash Brother" Henson and Melora Walters for some reason.

Join us for the wackiest time travel movie of all-time, as we try to comprehend its time travelling mechanics, wonder why there was so much messed up stuff in this movie, and make a case for it being an unintentional B-Movie riot. Seriously, watch this movie. It's a hoot! Tune in to see how far the chaos will take you...
