There Will Be Blood... Eventually

This week on The Pod Charles Cinecast, presented by The Prince Charles Cinema, our hosts Jonathan Foster and Fil Freitas travel back in time, to the turn of the 20th Century California, in order to learn the oil business from the best... a man by the name of Daniel Plainview. But what they find is a man full of greed and anger, who attempts to bash their heads' in with a bowling pin!

Of course, that means we're talking Paul Thomas Anderson's 2007 Academy Award-winning epic period drama THERE WILL BE BLOOD, featuring powerhouse performances from Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Dano.

Is this one of the greatest pieces of cinema of all-time? Is it the height of PTA's career, or will he surpass this achievement, in the eyes of our hosts, in future episodes? Tune to hear more and to learn of Jonathan's obsession with the year 2007 in film...
