Fantastic Mr. Fox moves to the Isle of Dogs

This week on The Pod Charles Cinecast, presented by The Prince Charles Cinema, our hosts Jonathan Foster and Fil Freitas get animated as they take on both of Wes Anderson's stop-motion films in one double-header extravaganza, for Week 11 of our Anderson vs Anderson arc!

First up, the pair travel from the pages of the popular children's novel to the big screen with 2009's FANTASTIC MR. FOX, starring George Clooney, Meryl Streep, and Bill Murray. Then, Jon and Fil find themselves in Japan, where cats rule and dogs drool, in 2018's ISLE OF DOGS, starring an all-star cast led by Koyu Rankin, Bryan Cranston, Bill Murray, Jeff Goldblum, Edward Norton, Bob Balaban, Liev Schreiber, Greta Gerwig and Tilda Swinton.
