The Best of 2023

This week on The Pod Charles Cinecast, presented by The Prince Charles Cinema, our hosts Jonathan Foster and Fil Freitas are back with the first edition of THE POD CHARLES CINECAST CLASSIC! Going forward, we'll be doing this as a monthly look at the programme, and potentially from time-to-time the staff, of The Prince Charles Cinema like we used to do when we started this podcast.

In this episode we tackle the exciting month of February, where we've got loads of Valentine's films, a Wong Kar-wai Marathon, 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY, DETROIT ROCK CITY, BUT I'M A CHEERLEADER, PRISCILLA in 35mm and so much more! Also, we look back at the year of 2023, and dish out on our favourite and least favourite films of the year. Tune in for chat about KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON, PAST LIVES, POOR THINGS, BARBIE, OPPENHEIMER, REBEL MOON, THE IRON CLAW and loads more!

Plus, we dish out our plans for 2024, in terms of some changes in how we are going to be presenting the podcast going forward. It's a New Year, and it was time for a change. We hope you all are happy to go along for the ride.
